These prices vary based on 3 factors...

• The Size Factor - 1 or 2 bedrooms
• The View Factor - Our 2nd floor has a town view, and the 3rd and 4th floors have increasingly panoramic views of Edgartown Harbor.  If comparing the same fixed week, prices increase as you move to higher floors. 
• The Seasonal Factor - As explained on our FAQ's page, 1 or 2 consecutive weeks are fixed in time.  The time of year that the fixed time falls in also plays into the pricing.  For example, a fixed week in May will be less expensive than a fixed week in July in the same residence.
