Check-in and Check-out:
Main Inn - Check-in time is after 3 p.m. and check-out is prior to 11a.m.
Luxury Suites in Edgartown Residence Club - Check in time is after 4p.m. and check-out is prior to 10am.
Deposit Policy:
To guarantee reservations of 3 nights or less, full payment is due within 7 days of the request. Reservations of 4 nights or more require a deposit of 50% of stay. We accept Master card, Visa, American Express, and personal checks if received 3 weeks or more prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
For Main Inn: Refunds, less a $25 administration fee will be issued for reservations cancelled at least 14 days prior to reservation arrival date. Within 14 days of scheduled arrival, deposit is non-refundable.
For Luxury Suites: Reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund (less the $25 administration fee). Within 30 days of scheduled arrival, deposit is non-refundable.
For All Reservations: Late arrivals or early departures are responsible for payment in full.
Pet Policy:
We have 2 suites, with separate entrance off of Winter St., where well-behaved dogs (and their companions) are welcome. Please inquire directly to Inn at 800-627-4701.
